Apartment with shared swimming pool 300 m from the beach, immersed in the nature of Villaggio La Caletta just a few minutes from the center of Porto Rotondo.

The apartment is on two levels with two separate entrances, downstairs there are two single beds, a bathroom with a drop and laundry.

The apartment offers refined and elegant furnishings, comfortable and functional, arranged on two floors with the first floor living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda overlooking the park and the village swimming pool.

Rules of the house:

The first supply of bed linen and towels is included.
The house is delivered with only one kit of first supply of soap, shampoo, body wash, a roll of toilet paper.

Check-in from 16:00 to 18:00.
Check-out by 10.00 am.

Rules of the pool:

The use of the swimming pool is shared with all guests of the houses within the La Caletta Village. It is strictly forbidden to introduce glass objects (bottles, glasses, etc.) inside the swimming pool and in the external area, solarium area and lawn.

The swimming pool is open seasonally from mid-June to mid-September, every day from 10:00 to 20:00.
