The house is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation, surrounded by nature just minutes from the beaches and the most famous places of the Costa Smeralda.
The environment is relaxed and soft, modern furniture but with some touches of ethnic and rustic, bleached wooden ceilings, soft colored floor, living room with open kitchen and sliding window overlooking the large veranda where you can admire the picturesque hills.

The panoramic infinity pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees and some fruit trees.
In the property live Charlie and Dobby, two very good and playful dogs, they love children, they are accustomed to live throughout the property, the Villa Smeralda is not suitable for those who do not love dogs. However, we will try to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

It’s strictly forbidden to feed Charlie and Dobby, let them into the house and the pool.

Rules of the house:

The first supply of bed linen and towels is included.
The house is delivered with only one kit of first supply of soap, shampoo, body wash, a roll of toilet paper.

Check-in from 17:00 to 19:00.
Check-out by 10.00 am.

Guests are not allowed to allow access to the house and its services to people who are not part of the reservation.

Rules of the pool: 

The use of the pool is shared with all guests of the houses present in the property.
An adult must always be present if the children are under the age of 18.

It is strictly forbidden to bring glass objects (bottles, glasses, etc.) inside the pool and in the outdoor area, sunbathing area and lawn.

The green outside needs constant care, at this time you are authorizing us to access the outside area of the house to do all the necessary maintenance work, whenever necessary.
